Raymarch rendering for higher quality imaging

Imaging quality has been improved with the implementation of raymarch rendering, delivering sharper visuals and smoother performance. This feature is applied when settings are above 50% quality and is designed for PC-VR, as it requires additional rendering power.

It allows you to examine medical data with greater clarity, helping you identify fine details more accurately while maintaining fast and responsive interaction within the VR environment.

Segmentation improvements

Segmentations are now labeled, making it faster to identify anatomical structures. When you point at a segment with the laser, it highlights and its name appears instantly, helping you navigate and analyze data more efficiently.

Editing segmentations is now easier and more intuitive with the improved segmentation editor. You no longer need to search through the full list to find the segment you want to modify. Simply aim at it and press, its editor will open in front of you for immediate adjustments.

New: segmentation smoothing

Segmentations can now be smoothed, eliminating sharp edges for cleaner, more natural visuals. This improvement makes anatomical structures easier to examine and enhances overall clarity in the VR environment. This option is available for PC-VR setups, as it requires additional rendering power.

TeamXR improvements

TeamXR sessions can now host up to 40 users, making collaboration easier and more scalable. Whether you’re conducting full medical classes or collaboratively analyzing patient data, larger teams can now work together seamlessly in the same immersive VR environment.

A new TeamXR server in the USA reduces latency for users in that region, providing a smoother and more responsive experience.
