3.1 Running AI segmentation

Load your DICOM data into Medicalholodeck. See here how to load data.

Find the desired data in the Medical Imaging section and press it with the trigger to load to the workspace.

Find the AI segmentation section in the Medical Imaging panel.

Select from AI models optimized for specific scan types, such as full body scan CT or main structures.

Start the segmentation process. All data is anonymized and handled in full compliance with HIPAA standards.
