2. How to run AI segmentation in the cloud?

  1. Load your DICOM data into Medicalholodeck. See here how to load data.

  2. Select from AI models optimized for specific scan types, such as main structures MRI or chest CT.

  3. Start the segmentation process. All data is anonymized and handled in full compliance with HIPAA standards.

  4. The segmented data will appear in front of you, along with a segmentation panel.
